Jefferson, OH. (June 24, 2024) - The Champion’s Pullin’ for Children Truck and Tractor Pull, held on June 22-23, 2024, at Pinelake Raceway and Trails in Jefferson, OH, showcased some of North America's top pulling trucks and tractors.
In the Unlimited Street Diesel Trucks class, Travis Richards from Summerville, PA, drove "Murph," a '07 Dodge Mega Cab, to an impressive first-place finish with a pull of 318.46 feet. Travis Jones of Graysville, PA, followed closely with his '03 Dodge 2500 named "Work Wages Wasted," securing second place with 315.96 feet. Tim Francis from Leroy, OH, piloting a '15 Chevy 3500, rounded out the top three with a strong performance of 285.12 feet.
Mike Ostetrico from Aurora, Ohio won in the new Unlimited Street Semi division with his Peterbilt called "MO Power" with a distance of 366.76. Mike Adams from Sewickley, Pennsylvania campaigned his Kennworth W-900 called "AZ-IZ" and made an incredible pull at 302.02. Josh Yoos brought out the fan favorite "Killer" V-8 Mack and made a pass at 301.12.
The 3.0 Limited Pro Stock Diesel Trucks class saw Chuck Dutter from Forty Fort, PA, dominate with "The Common Hooker," achieving an outstanding pull of 361.08 feet. Kay Lipiec of Little Falls, NY, impressed with "Money Pig," a '97 Dodge, securing second place with 357.42 feet. Chuck Dutter, also from Bloomingdale, OH, showcased "Causin' Trouble," another Chevy, earning third place with 353.62 feet.
Fred Virgili from Mather, PA, took first place in the 6,350lb Modified Trucks class with "Never Satisfied," a '76 Ford F250, pulling an impressive 318.72 feet. Will Hitchcock of Montrose, PA, impressed with "Homewrecker," an F 150, securing second place with 313.46 feet. Mark Serafin from Southampton, MA, piloting "1 Potent Rodent," a Dodge, achieved a distance of 303.32 feet to earn third place.
In the 410 Super Stock Trucks class, Ron Jack from Sarver, PA, driving "Bounty Hunter," a Ford Ranger, claimed first place with an impressive pull of 329.84 feet. Luke Simeon from Brookfield, OH, impressed with "Out A the Blue," a '33 Chevy, securing second place with 329.14 feet. Brent Kendziorski from Oakdale, OH, piloting "Back in Black," a '66 C20, achieved a distance of 326.94 feet to earn third place.
The Pro Modified Trucks (PPP) class saw Todd Custer from Central City, PA, pilot "Cool Mine Express," a '97 Dodge, to first place with an outstanding pull of 332.96 feet. Jerry Berghoff from West Alexander, PA, drove "Attitude Adjuster Reloaded," a Chevy, to second place with 324.3 feet. Rob Forell from Shippenville, PA, showcased "Jaded," a '51 Ford, earning third place with 293.22 feet.
Chase Catanese from Ravenna, OH, drove "Snowman," a Kenworth, to an impressive first-place finish in the Cool Street Stock Semis class with a pull of 327.06 feet. Rob Valentine from Ravenna, OH, impressed with "Gun Fire," a Mack Super Liner, securing second place with 307.52 feet. Steve McClellan from Waterford, PA, piloted "Midnight Afaire," a Kenworth, to third place with 292.76 feet.
The Light Limited Super Stock Tractors class saw Mike Monreal from Hiram, OH, dominate with "Mean Green," an Oliver 1800, achieving an outstanding pull of 335.14 feet. Jarod Trew from Denver, NC, secured second place with "Undocumented," a Deutz, pulling 294 feet. Derek McIntire from Carrollton, OH, showcased "Green Grenade," an Oliver 1850, earning third place with 252.74 feet.
The Super Pro Tractors class featured Colton Zundel from Alexandria, PA, who piloted "Steel City Smoker," a Case IH 8920, to first place with a pull of 288.5 feet. Greg Ferringer from Latonia Heights, PA, followed closely with "Smokin John," a John Deere 4455, securing second place with 288.202 feet. Noah Allison from Wellsville, OH, driving "Train Wreck," an International, earned third place with 95.02 feet.
In the Super Semi class, Mike Ostetrico from Ravenna, OH, dominated with "Cat Scratch," achieving an impressive pull of 378.8 feet. Jeff Lautanen from Jefferson, OH, drove "Moody Blue," a '98 379 Pete, to second place with 342.9 feet. Bob Lautanen from Jefferson, OH, showcased "Grape Ape," a Peterbilt, earning third place with 337.76 feet.
